Electrical Remodeling Services
Kitchen Remodel Electrical
Kitchens carry the heaviest electrical scope in most renovations. Dedicated appliance circuits, small appliance branch circuits at the counter, GFCI protection, island and peninsula receptacles, under-cabinet lighting, and range or cooktop feeds all have specific requirements. We lay the circuits out around your actual appliance list and cabinet plan.
Bathroom Remodel Electrical
GFCI-protected receptacles, dedicated circuits for heated floors and towel warmers, exhaust fan wiring and switching, vanity and mirror lighting, and shower fixtures rated for wet locations. We coordinate device heights with your tile and vanity layout so nothing lands in the wrong place after finishes.
Additions, Garage Conversions And ADUs
New living space needs its own circuit plan, not an extension of an existing one. We wire additions, enclosed lanais, garage conversions, and accessory units, including subpanels where the run length or load makes that the better approach.
Panel Capacity And Service Upgrades For Remodels
A remodel usually adds load. The 100-amp and 125-amp panels common in 1990s-era Central Florida construction frequently cannot absorb a new kitchen, a mini-split, and a heated bathroom floor on top of existing summer cooling demand. We evaluate capacity during the estimate so a panel upgrade is budgeted rather than discovered mid-project.
Lighting Design, Recessed Lighting And Smart Controls
Recessed lighting layouts, under-cabinet and cove lighting, dimmer selection matched to the fixtures, LED retrofits, ceiling fans, and smart switching and scene control. We plan the layout at rough-in, when moving a can costs nothing.
Rough-In, Trim And Device Upgrades
We handle both stages of the job. Rough-in covers boxes, wiring, and inspection while the walls are open. Trim covers devices, fixtures, plates, and final testing. Remodels are also the right time to add USB receptacles, tamper-resistant and weather-resistant devices, and AFCI or GFCI protection where the code now requires it.
Permits, Inspections And Contractor Coordination
Remodel electrical work is permitted work in Central Florida jurisdictions. We pull the permit, meet the inspector, and close it out. We also coordinate directly with your general contractor, cabinet installer, and other trades so rough-in happens before insulation and drywall rather than behind them.
